Good Time to Buy Grey Cup Tickets

It was reported Tuesday, October 18 that the CFL would be cutting the price of remaining Grey Cup tickets. The game had simply not sold as organizers had anticipated.

The Ultimate Firing Championship

On Wednesday Oct. 19, just one day after staging an all-day promotion in Toronto for UFC 206, Tom Wright was fired by the company. Mr. Wright was the president of Canadian operations for UFC and had previously held the role of CFL commissioner. This and other downsizing efforts raise a question as to whether the fighting promotion has overextended itself.
